I created this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Peony Swimwear, an Australian brand that focuses on using recycled eco-friendly material and decomposable packaging to lower ocean waste. The premise of the RFP was to gain an agency partner to create video for Peony to post to its social media accounts on World Ocean Day. In the RFP, I defined terminology specific to the industry that the agency may not be familiar with. I also discussed what Peony hopes to achieve with this outsourced project through identifying marketing and communications objectives.
In the agency briefing PowerPoint, I made sure to use a cohesive tone and similar aesthetic to Peony’s existing website. Noted below is my agency briefing slide deck and attached is my full RFP.
