The goal of this 8-week campaign for our client, Hustle & Muscle, a local gym in South Eugene, was to increase its social media presence and following. It also wanted to attract new customers as well as inform its existing customers on how it is operating through the COVID-19 pandemic to prioritize health and safety.

On the team, my responsibility was project manager. To keep our deadlines on track, I created and shared a page with each team member from the project management platform, Trello. On each page, I created columns with “To Do,” “Doing” and “Done” headers and moved assignments between the categories once finished. As well, I set-up 24-hour reminders to alert my team members when deadlines were approaching and whose responsibility it was to turn in assignments. Each week, I wrote and shared weekly memos with our team. I also interfaced with the team’s client and team communicators to formulate clear expectations and progress updates.
