This project demonstrates my skills in photography, videography and visual communication. I worked with the Kutsinhira Cultural Arts Center to target Eugene residents and showcase an interesting part of the Eugene community. In this process, I recorded both A roll and B roll. I limited the A roll to five to eight seconds to keep the viewer engaged. I also included at least ten to twelve different shots of B roll for fast cuts and visual interest. As well, I included ambient sound of the xylophones to add layers to the audio around my interviewee’s dialogue.
